Gaiwan (Gaibei)

The Gaiwan (蓋碗) or Gaibei (蓋杯) is a traditional lidded small bowl used to prepare tea
and is regarded by Chinese tea connoiseurs as the best method for infusing teas,
especially higher quality teas and those with delicate aromas and flavours.
