This tea comes from a high altitude area in Jingmai (景迈) country, Yunnan Province and was made from 500+ year old trees in the spring of 2010.

This is the highest grade fresh leaf Pu-erh from this region, the leaves being collected before the first rain of the year. The taste carries a very mild, sweet and long lasting comfortable feeling, coupled with the aroma of the ancient tea tree forest air.

Doctors in China reported that drinking this tea can lower cholesterol levels remarkably in the blood stream. It is very popular in the Cantonese community due to its effectiveness in getting rid of toxins in the body and helping indigestion.
